Ve\u017ea bola dokon\u010den\u00e1 v roku 1934 pod\u013ea pl\u00e1nov hlavn\u00e9ho mestsk\u00e9ho in\u017einiera B\u00e1linta Szeghalmyho. V roku 1943 utrpel v\u00e1\u017ene, ale opravite\u013en\u00e9 \u0161kody v s\u00favislosti s po\u017eiarom. V decembri 1956 v\u0161ak vyhorel nato\u013eko, \u017ee roky bolo vidie\u0165 len jeho to\u010dit\u00e9 schodisko.\u00a0<\/p><p>Dne\u0161n\u00e1 vyhliadka Avasi bola odovzdan\u00e1 v roku 1963 a odvtedy prebehli len men\u0161ie \u00fapravy.
